Last January I invested over £12k in a launch because I felt that exact pressure to DO when I had no energy and felt burn out. I pushed myself regardless of my health conditions when my body just wanted to slow down and take a moment. It wasn't ready to scale it was struggling.


I wasn't sure of my next step.. I was stuck in a survival response. Worrying about money whether I had a £15k month or a £0k month. I was chasing outside results to take this feeling a way. Unable to make my own decisions I outsourced my business decisions and these launches failed back to back. 4 months I chased this the solution outside of me until I finally surrendered to a different way of planning

I see so many beautiful heart led entrepreneurs that care soooo much about helping others getting caught in the online space noise of  do this and do that! When they actually have the answer within them of the next step. Of the plan designed by their soul

The problem is their life force is being drained not only by online space but also by their past selves. Their shadows. That are keeping them stuck in old patterns of doing rather than BEING -  the identity of their higher self. She  is made for this work you are here for. She has all the answers.

I spent a year reclaiming my life force energy by having  year in a wintering  season reviewing all my patterns that drained my life force energy.  It was needed as the expansion I was calling in with scaling my business and having a baby needed a complete identity shift.

I didn't just want a thriving business - I wanted a thriving body, family , marriage and bank account. Guess what you get to have it all! You don't have to sacrifice yourself to get crumbs anymore. 

After a childhood of complex trauma meant patterns of overgiving , overworking, imbalanced relationships, over investing,  poor energy management and self betrayal was normal. My wellbeing and at times my bank account paid the price. 

This exercise means I now have an overflow of life force energy to create my new life from a place of overflow! And the best thing I can hear my intuition that guides me on how to create my plan. So I feel so excited for this year! I know EXACTLY what I am doing and how to make my dreams a reality. I LOVE MY BUSINESS AGAIN! 
 
I have tended to the soil I plant the dreams of my future in business and life. And it was toxic. I had to take out the weeds and make it fertile and now I am planting those seeds to grow my greatest dreams like scaling business to multi 6 figures beyond, publishing my first book, growing group containers so I only coach a few hours a month as a I plan my life and business for young children.

I have shifted my energy to BE the higher version of myself NOW before those dreams have come and taking aligned action that feel so good on a daily basis to make it happen.

I have had to learn how to get my feminine (intuition) and masculine (planning) to work together to create my soul led life. Which is not just based on just business but the whole vision including my wellbeing.  To also use this planning to tend to the shadows not just ignore them as they will continue to mirror back in your life and business when you don't tend to them.

Rather than repeats the same mistakes year after year. Slow down and listen to the patterns once you tend to them its like taking a weed out! Then you will begin to see what is the plan YOU need to follow as it will be different from any online coach you follow.

You have a different life story and nervous system. IF you had a difficult childhood then not every coach needs to consider this in their plan for the year. But I do and this is so supportive to get me the results with ease. 

As well as learning to be the nurturing mother (divine feminine) and devoted disciplined father (divine masculine) to make the life led but your heart not your survival traumatised brain! 

The best thing about this plan and this process is its about embodiment. So you feel expansive and how you want to feel when your dreams come true NOW not just when they arrive. So you can enjoy the journey not just the destination.
